The compact dwarf plants typically grow only 12 to 18 inches tall, producing loads of blocky peppers measuring 3 to 4.5 inches long by 2 to 2.5 inches wide with notably thick, juicy flesh. At peak sweetness the fruits display a striking creamy white or pale ivory 'albino' color before transitioning to orange and eventually vibrant red if left on the plant. This early-season producer begins fruiting in early summer and continues until frost, thriving in cooler climates where many other peppers struggle. The flavor is mild and sweet with a rich bell-pepper taste and satisfying crunch from the thick walls. Gardeners value its prolific yield on small bushes, multi-colored fruit display on one plant, and suitability for stuffing or fresh use in salads and stir-fries. It is not to be confused with other white peppers such as Feherozon.
